The mode switch in these VCRs is not a real common problem but the VCRs are old enough now that some of the switches are going bad. A faulty mode switch can cause problems such as ejects cassette as soon as it loads, will not accept cassette, fails to load tape around head or partially loads. This new mode-switch circuit board contains the MBK-10-MSW mode switch already mounted, making the installation simpler. Important note: This PC board is original part number 504-052A. Compare that number to the number which appears on the mode switch PC board in your VCR. This part doesn't fit every VCR in this category. This is a new PC board - never used. Your price is $12.00.
