JVC, Magnavox, Yamaha, and Zenith VCR replacement rubber kits.

Your VCR may have the Magnavox, Yamaha or Zenith name on it instead of JVC. The on-line database has been set up to direct you to the proper rubber replacement or Maintenance kit for your VCR. Even though every precaution has been taken to assure the accuracy of the database, mistakes can be made. We have two replacement rubber kits and several common replacement parts for these VCRs, manufactured by JVC.

VMK-131 Maintenance Kit	This kit is a complete maintenance kit for these JVC VCRs. It contains both belts, the idler assembly and the pinch roller. This kit replaces the most common troublesome items, including both belts, the pinch roller and the idler assembly. Your price for our VMK-131 kit is $21.50. See photos for parts locations.
MBK-45: Belt Kit	Contains both belts that are used in these VCRs. The most common symptom of bad belts are the VCR will fail to load tape around the video head. You may hear a motor running and then the VCR will shutdown. The VCR may also fail to power up. Your price for our MBK-45 kit is $2.50. See photos for belt locations.
MBK-45P: Complete Rubber Kit	This kit is a complete rubber replacement kit for these JVC VCRs. It contains both belts and the pinch roller. If the pinch roller has never been replaced you really need one. If the pinch roller has a hard glaze on it or the capstan shaft has a black build up on it the pinch roller has probably been slipping. Your price for our MBK-45P kit is $9.00. MBK-45-MSW: Mode Switch	The most common problem related to the mode switch is the VCR will occasionally eat tape. The VCR may also fail to eject the cassette, leaving it stuck inside the VCR. Other erratic behavior may also be attributed to a faulty mode switch. Your price for our MBK-45-MSW is $9.50. Soldering required. See photos for parts locations.
MBK-45-I: Idler Assembly	VCR may fail to play, FF, or REW. There may be lines in the picture during play back that will not track out. If the idler is the source of the problem there should be some visible sign of a problem. Look for warpage, cracked plastic, and loose parts in the assembly. MBK-45-IC: Idler Clutch Assembly	The Idler Clutch Assembly can cause the VCR to have playback, FF, or Rew problems A defective clutch is not quite as easy to detect as a bad idler. The clutch can loose tension with no visible sign of damage. Your price for our MBK-45-IC is $12.50. See photos for parts locations.
MBK-45-HLA: Half Load Arm	The Half Load Arm in these JVC VCRs will break or crack and cause the VCR to hang up part way through the load sequence. Your price for our MBK-45-HLA is $7.50. See photos for parts locations.
MBK-45-LDA: Load Arm	The Load Arm in these JVC VCRs will break or crack and cause the VCR to hang up part way through the load sequence. The spring loaded gear may break or the spring may come loose inside the arm. Your price for our MBK-45-LDA is $9.50. See photos for parts locations.
MBK-45-CG: Cam Gear	A cracked or broken cam gear in these JVC VCRs can cause several different problems. The VCR may fail to go into play mode or may not power up at all.
