Samsung VCR replacement rubber kits.

Our MBK-79 series of parts covers about twenty VCR models by Samsung, Curtis Mathes, JC Penney, GE, RCA, Realistic, and Toshiba.

Your VCR may have the RCA, Curtis Mathes, GE, JC Penney, or Realistic name on it instead of Samsung but it should be the same on the inside. The on-line database has been set up to direct you to the proper rubber replacement or maintenance kit for your VCR. Even though every precaution has been taken to assure the accuracy of the database, mistakes can be made. We have two rubber replacement kits and several repair kits for these VCRs that were manufactured by Samsung.

MBK-79: Belt Kit	Contains all four belts that are used in these VCRs. The most common symptom of a bad belt is the VCR will fail to eject. The VCR may fail to go into play mode then fail to eject the cassette. Your price for our MBK-79 kit is $5.00. Instructions for installation (PDF) See photos for belt locations.
MBK-79T: Rubber Kit	This kit contains all belts and the idler tire for these Samsung VCRs. A bad tire in these VCRs can cause several different problems. The most common being the VCR will shut down when trying to go into play mode. The VCR may also eat tape, spill tape into the VCR, or there may be lines in the picture that will not track out. MBK-79PT: Complete Rubber Kit	This kit is a complete rubber replacement kit for these Samsung VCRs. It contains all four belts, the idler tire, and the pinch roller. If the pinch roller has never been replaced you really need one. If the pinch roller has a hard glaze on it or the capstan shaft has a black build up on it the pinch roller has probably been slipping. Your price for our MBK-79PT kit is $12.50.
