RF modulator for connecting DVDs and other devices to older televisions Now! Connect a device with audio out / video jacks to an older television, or one not equipped with audio/video input jacks. The most frequent applications include connecting DVD players, video cameras and satellite receivers to televisions which are more than a few years old. The 19-700 is an RF modulator which takes the video and stereo audio outputs of your device and provides output to your television on Channel 3 OR 4! Front of device contains LED's indicating whether channel 3 or 4 has been selected.
